I have this weird obsession with IKEA.
I’m not sure where I picked it up.
But some time in the past year, I discovered this *ahem* little Sweedish gem. It’s a massive store full of furniture that even a guy can pick out. And cheap! And supposedly good quality.
Oklahoma doesn’t have an IKEA. The only other time I’ve actually been in an IKEA store was in the Dallas-Ft. Worth mush-o-plex. It was fun.
Imagine my glee when I saw this:

I’m not sure what the obessession with Ikea is. I’ve walked the store a million times and think I’ve purchased three things. The items are plain and no-nonsense. Maybe that’s the attraction for men?

That’s because you’re buying Ethan Allen.
Ikea has good starter furniture that is quality, but at a good price.
And yes, the minimalist furniture is good. Especially for a packrat like me.
