Yeah, I know it’s been a while since I posted.
I’m not dead. Yet. Though when Kathryn sees the value of my life insurance policy, I may end up on the side of the road.
I kid. I kid.
Kathryn visited this past week. She flew in Wednesday night and left very, very early on Sunday. I had to get up at 3:30 a.m. to take her to the airport.
My apartment is now in perfect order, thanks to her. While I went to work on Thursday — I only took Friday off — she finished my very daunting task of unpacking.
Highlights from the past week:
1) Trip to Ikea.
2) Trip to Little Havana in Miami for a Cuban sandwich.
3) A clean apartment.
4) Getting fly linen pants on sale at Macy’s.
5) Going to the beach.
